If your business isn’t listed during the verification process, Meta may request additional documents to confirm your business’s registration. These documents must include your business’s legal name and either its official address or phone number. You may also need to provide proof of website domain ownership if using an email address to receive a verification code.
Once you submit the required documents, the Meta team will review them, which may take a few days. You can check the status of your verification in the Security Center within your Business Settings.
