- From the list of violations, locate the one you wish to appeal and click Request Review.
- Submit Supporting Details
- A dialog box will open in Business Manager. Provide any supporting information or evidence and click Submit.
- Track Your Appeal
- After submission, your request will move to the In Review tab for processing.
- Review Decision
- The WhatsApp team typically reviews appeals within 24 to 48 hours.
- The outcome will be communicated through Business Manager and can result in either:
- Unchanged: The violation remains valid.
- Reversed: The violation is dismissed.
