- Solution:
- Submit a document from Meta’s list of accepted types (e.g., government-issued documents that validate the business’s legal name and address).
- For phone verification, provide a document that validates the business phone number.

- Self-Filed Document
- Meta doesn’t accept documents filled in by the business without an official signature or seal.
- Solution:
- Upload an approved registration certificate with an official signature or seal.
- Unsupported Document Language
- Meta supports verification in specific languages only.

- Translate documents into English through a certified translation agency. Ensure the translation includes the agency’s official stamp.

- Unreadable Document
- The document is blurry, too small, low resolution, or corrupted.
- Solution:
- Scan the document at a higher resolution and save it in a supported format before re-uploading.
- Expired Document
- The document provided is outdated.
- Solution:
- Upload a document with a valid expiry date.
- Legal Business Name Mismatch
- The document’s business name doesn’t match the name in your Business Settings.
- Solution:
- Update the business name in your Business Settings to match the document exactly, or upload a document that matches the business name in the system.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Business Address
- The document doesn’t contain the full address or it doesn’t match the address in your Business Settings.
- Solution:
- Upload a document with the complete business address or update the address in your settings to match the document.
- Missing or Incorrect Business Phone Number
- The document doesn’t include a phone number or it doesn’t match your registered phone number.
- Solution:
- Provide a document with both the business name and matching phone number. New accepeted document.
- Additional Documents Required
- Meta requires more documentation to confirm your details.
- Solution:
- Ensure all documents have the business name and meet Meta’s criteria. For example, a utility bill alone isn’t enough if it lacks the business name.
- Website Domain Verification Issues
- Your website domain doesn’t meet Meta’s requirements.
- Solution:
- Ensure the website is active, belongs to your business, and includes your company’s name or logo.
- The email domain and website domain should match, and there should be no broken links or error messages.
